C-T-K APPARTMENT

The study concerns the energy, functionality and aesthetic upgrade of an apartment in the area of Makedonitissa, in Nicosia. The apartment, due to its age, was severely damaged, as a result of which its radical renovation is necessary.

The goals of the study were to ensure optimal functionality of the spaces, or flexibility and adaptability of interiors, and to create spaces with a high aesthetic quality.

The owners request was to radically change the aesthetics as well as the function of the premises, asked the architects to create a modern environment that would be able to meet their new needs.
The renovation included the energy upgrade of the apartment.
