SP LINE RESIDENCE

SpLINE is a residential building that hosts luxury apartments designed by Pafiti Architects. Located in the foothills of Aglantzia area, SpLINE faces north where mountain range Pentadaktilos is.

It all started by forming vertical lines arising to overlook the mountain range from the first till the fourth floor,enhancing the beauty of its site.

The interior is kept with minimalistic approach, simple yet luxurious and spacious as possible with large facing openings. Blending the boudaring of exterior and interior as well, while framing the view and allowing a large amount of natural light of enter.

The façade consists of a dynamic S shaped metal structure, that adds to the industrial image of the building, creating a strong architectural impact to the surrounding.
